Your files

Pampuko sends the files you select to the device that joins your pairing code. File contents, names, sizes, and types are exchanged through a WebRTC data channel encrypted between the two devices. The Pampuko signaling service does not receive file contents or file names. A TURN service may forward encrypted traffic when a direct connection cannot be established.

Share the pairing code only with your intended recipient. The code grants access to the session; Pampuko does not verify the identity of the person joining. Once received, files are controlled by the recipient.

Connection information

To connect the devices, the signaling service processes the room code, sender or receiver role, and WebRTC connection information, which can include IP addresses. Room state is held temporarily in server memory and removed after the session ends or the room expires. Connection providers also receive the network information needed to deliver their services.

Pampuko uses Google's STUN service and Metered's Open Relay TURN service for connectivity. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers may process IP addresses and operational information under their own policies: Google, Metered, and Cloudflare. Provider retention is governed by those policies.

Data on your device

Pampuko accesses files you choose through your device's file picker. The web app assembles incoming files in browser memory and offers them as downloads. Android saves received files in Downloads; iOS saves them in the app's Inbox, accessible in Files. Saved files remain until you delete them with your browser or file manager. Leaving the session releases the web app's temporary file references.

Accounts, advertising, and analytics

Pampuko does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. The app does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location. Network providers necessarily handle connection information as described above.

Support and privacy requests

Contact anr.appcontact@gmail.com with questions or requests about access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. If you email support, your email address and message are used to respond to the request. Do not send the contents of your transferred files unless necessary for your request. Pampuko has no server-side file library or account to delete; delete transferred files on each device where they were saved.
